Yes, Good luck with that!  I was, promised a 250 visa gift card, for the trouble I experienced with the following issue. I have not recieved it. All because I was lied to and told I would recieve a tablet free of charge and all I had to do is pay the tax.  I told him I didnt want a contract and not to be signed up for any plan  and he assured me it was "no strings attached"   I was charged 199.00 for the tablet, That I RETURNED. Unopenned,and was also being charged for internet.  I have been on the phone multiple times and up to two hours at a time with att employees only to be shuffled back and forth to this person and that person.  No one I have been able to talk with can help me with the problem I have.   NO GIFT CARD, NO SATIFACTION IN CLEARING UP THIS ISSUE>..This is a business account.  I will be changeing carriers.  AT&T is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with.
