Poor customer service

I recently finished my contract with u verse and I was very frustrated because my bill was constantly fluctuating. So I finally decided to cancel my services because my contact was up. Well I ended up talking to someone who convinced me to stay and switch to direct TV I had the uverse,Internet, and phone bundle. I was told that I would receive not one but 2 $100 visa giftcards plus $50 visa giftcard if I changed my phone number. Also customer service associate told me that on the day of direct tv installation she would call and she would give each me a credit that would be applied to my new direct tv service. The credit would be the balance of the last 2 months I paid towards uverse. All she asked was that I pay $20 now. She assured me that my bill would remain the same for two year (we'll see I've been told this by At&t before. I asked her please give me ur name and I number I can reach u because i have been lied to by At&t customer service before. So she sent me an email and assured me she would call. On the day of installation I never received a call and the technician that came out could not proceed with installation until late I paid an additional $106.00 for equipment that I was promised for free. I have sent numerous emails to customer service representative (Nadean O. Johnson) and still no reply. Then when I check my order there is only one $100 Visa giftcard not 2 and no $50 visa giftcard nor a credit for my last two payments towards uverse. The only reason that I decided to stay with the At&t family was because I was told I would receive these incentives. I would not have stayed had I known I was being lied to and scammed. I called in to complain and had no help. I should have known better but I feel like it would be in At&t best interest to keep me on as a customer because I pay my bills in a timely matter and I pay the balance due if not more. I just thought I would be treated better as a valued customer.

I would like to solve/correct this problem asap I would like to receive what I was promised
