NEVER GOT CLAIM LETTER

Judging from the posts I am not the only one taken in.  There was supposed to be a $200 reward card for originally signing up.  It never arrived.  A phone call informed me that it took a couple of months to process.  Anoter call resulted in an apology for no card. Called again and received another apology, a promise to correct the situation and was transferred from att to direct tv back to att for 45 minutes because no one had an answer as to why or what happened. I NEVER GOT THE CLAIM IN THE MAIL, trust me I check and open my mail every single day.

Called yesterday and all I got "SORRY, time has elapsed, it was never claimed". WELL not quit sure how to CLAIM MY GIFT CARDS IF I NEVER GOT THE LETTER IN MAIL.

How many others have been scammed by this crap?  I'mthinking small claims court! Also gonna post this on facebook with my 1200 friends and ask that this be shared.

When my year is up I will be cancelling att and direct tv. I may even cancel my att phone and I've had my phone service with them for over 16 years.

I NEED HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REWARD LETTER EITHER IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS NOW: WHEN MY YEAR IS UP I WILL ALSO CANCEL.
