If you still wish to cancel your DIRECTV NOW service, here are steps to cancel service.
Charges are prepaid each month which means you can enjoy the service through the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for partial months.

You literally just signed up for this service. I'm looking for info on my Apple TV order as well, but you can't expect it to arrive literally immediately. People all over the USA signed up for this service, it's reasonable to think that orders will go out ASAP.
