Disconnected Uverse account

I came home yesterday at 550 pm only to find that all my services were disconnected. I made a payment of the past due bill and was advised that the payment was received and that services would be restored shortly. Well nearly 13 hours I still have no service. Please please help.
Does anyone have a number that I can call that open right now to get this situation resolved. Thanks.
