Direct TV offered me 2 gift cards for $100.00 each, but now they say I am sorry. You will only get
I called Direct TV to get information on TV service and get their service on 12/01/2016. A lady name Claudia answered and helped me to begin my service with Direct TV. She promised that Direct TV will send me two gift cards for $100.00 each, total of $200.00 for choosing Direct TV, to wait 6 to 8 weeks. I recorded the conversation. She recapped the services and terms, and her supervisor repeated all the terms as well. I have an audio file in Spanish. I called Direct TV today 01/12/2017 to ask status of gift cards. The person who answered his name is Dennis, he said sorry that I will only get $100.00 gift card. I told him that this is not right, it is not what they promised. I asked him to speak with his supervisor, and he put me on hold for 36 minutes. I got tired of waiting and hang up. I can send you the recording by email for your to listen. Please help.
