Direct tv is not user friendly

It took about 10 seConverted from Uverse to direct tv and its a devastating change.  The recording procedure is extremely complicated. I recorded several tv series that were deleted. I deleted the episode and then i no longer have the series. 

So I was told to use series manager. Has anyone tried that. 

Att tech reps could not answer our questions. You r given all these options on how to record a series. It takes 15 minutes to record a tv show.

Uverse had series recording and managing ur recordings totally perfected.  It took about ten seconds. 

Att needs to dump direct tv and go back to improving the Uverse experience.
