Can I cancel and get $105 back and cancel ATV shipment?

I signed up this morning on the 3 month + Apple TV promo but now wish to cancel (sad!). Can I cancel my order and get $105 back (because still within 7 day trial window) or is it irreversible because of the special deal? Thanks

Except that it said for prepaid service with free device offers, the 7-day free trial period happens AFTER the prepaid service period ends.

That was a wierd response by CS. I'll bet they are overloaded. And their overlords are like 'Get it done!' and CS is like 'I'm working like crazy here! You're  nuts!'

This doesnt really answer the original question at all. Referring someone to a "self help" page is also unaccaptable in my opinion instead of helping resolve the issue with customer service. WHERE IS THE 1-800 NUMBER?

I prepaid and signed up and was charged right away. Why is this? You stated above I should only be charged after 7 days.

Does anyone at At&t know anything about this service AT ALL? 

Also the service has been downright awful. I have not been able to watch TV in my Chrome browser for hours. I'm ready to jump ship already, a company should be prepared for this right out of the gate, OR DON'T RELEASE IT!

If you paid by credit card, call your cc issuer to challenge the charge.

Was able to get into chat by choosing the NOT currently subscribed option.  When I posed the question, here is the response I received:

 

"I am sorry to hear that you are canceling your DIRECTV Now subscription. Please click here for more information about canceling DIRECTV Now. Please note that the service is non refundable."

 

Card dispute it is.
