Account disconnected

I came home yesterday at 550 pm only to find that all my services were disconnected. I made a payment of the past due bill and was advised that the payment was received and that services would be restored shortly. Well nearly 13 hours I still have no service. Please please help.

Could take up to 24 hours to turn services back on. Just wait until you see your next bill with the reconnection fee of $30 dollars per service you have fom Uverse.

 

But I would call today (Sat) just to be sure.

 

Call early enough so you don't get the overseas people. I'd call around noon,cause they have limited hours on weekend.
