Instead she was rude, inefficient with her own processes and threatened to call security on me and refused the right to service me!! Just because I asked when I was next and commented her process was horrible!! Then, she intentionally made me wait!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Who is in charge of the Hawaii AT&amp;amp;T region? It is apparent the processes put in place is inefficient and have managers with poor customer service and bad attitudes stating she has a right to refuse service and threatened to call security on me for asking how long more do I need to wait? Apparently , her own staff didn’t follow the process she kept stating by not putting me in queue and that’s why there were 2 other people ahead of me whereas I was only there to get some help putting on a screensaver which her boss told me to come in and they’ll do it for me!! But, Priscilla was a major female dog with attitude that I gave it right back at her! She just stood there doing nothing and was watching her post because she had to check people in as part of her process but no one was really coming in like a flock! She could of easily did it for me but her lazy butt didn’t do anything to resolve an unhappy customer! I think AT&amp;amp; T has major processes and poor quality people working in stores. They need courses to help these incompetent managers understand the first rule of customer service!! She would even give me the number of her boss or regional director. I wasn’t going to call them on their day off but when they were available. I’ve never experience such bad customer service!! Please train your employees to have some compassion and conflict resolution skills instead of threatening to call security on me or refuse the right to serve me?!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to work on the inefficient processes and customer service st the Mililani Town Center! The manager Priscilla has the worst customer service and has a negative attitude! She shouldn’t even be a manager and her staff besides Braiden was an exception but the staff couldn’t even follow their own inefficient process! I’ve been a loyal customer and switched from Sprint since I wanted to experience what AT&amp;amp; T use to be but the store at Mililani is by far one of the worse due to PRISICLLA the manager on duty with attitude and barely could fit her top or represent AT&amp;amp;T like a professional!! She threaten to call security and threaten to refuse the right to provide service because she didn’t like that I said her process needs improvement?! I will escalate this to Regional Director and BBB!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the n910 and it is updated to the latest system update. The device overheats and the system shuts down within 90 seconds, usually less (this includes the time it takes to boot) and even does so in safe mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;BUT&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does not do so when booted into recovery or even download mode. It will run continuously, up to at least 30 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a known solution to this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS the battery is brand new, keep in mind I can do very little because I have a matter of seconds when finally booted though have all the time in the world in recovery and download mode&lt;/P&gt;</description>
