      <description>&lt;P&gt;Who is in charge of the Hawaii AT&amp;amp;T region? It is apparent the processes put in place is inefficient and have managers with poor customer service and bad attitudes stating she has a right to refuse service and threatened to call security on me for asking how long more do I need to wait? Apparently , her own staff didn’t follow the process she kept stating by not putting me in queue and that’s why there were 2 other people ahead of me whereas I was only there to get some help putting on a screensaver which her boss told me to come in and they’ll do it for me!! But, Priscilla was a major female dog with attitude that I gave it right back at her! She just stood there doing nothing and was watching her post because she had to check people in as part of her process but no one was really coming in like a flock! She could of easily did it for me but her lazy butt didn’t do anything to resolve an unhappy customer! I think AT&amp;amp; T has major processes and poor quality people working in stores. They need courses to help these incompetent managers understand the first rule of customer service!! She would even give me the number of her boss or regional director. I wasn’t going to call them on their day off but when they were available. I’ve never experience such bad customer service!! Please train your employees to have some compassion and conflict resolution skills instead of threatening to call security on me or refuse the right to serve me?!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the n910 and it is updated to the latest system update. The device overheats and the system shuts down within 90 seconds, usually less (this includes the time it takes to boot) and even does so in safe mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;BUT&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does not do so when booted into recovery or even download mode. It will run continuously, up to at least 30 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a known solution to this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS the battery is brand new, keep in mind I can do very little because I have a matter of seconds when finally booted though have all the time in the world in recovery and download mode&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I received a letter in the mail telling me to claim my reward at att.com/rewardcenter but when I go to the website an error message appears saying “We're sorry, an unhandled exception occured during the processing of your reward.&lt;BR /&gt;Please recheck your information and try again.” one of the main reasons I signed up for at&amp;amp;t u-verse was because the woman who talked me into it ensured I would receive this $300 gift card. If I am no longer going to be able to receive this gift card I would like for a customer service supervisor to contact me and let me out of my contract. I am beginning to think that this gift card is a scam to get people to sign up because many people have complained about this happening and the representatives who respond say they don’t see anything wrong with the website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Transfer of Billing Responsiibility</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Me and wife are on same account. We want to have separate line by Transfer of Billing Responsibility (TOBR). When I tried contacting ATT, I was given a run around. Went to 3 different ATT store- and also spent hours on phone and chat. Still no appropriate solution found. We found out that we have combined billing (wireless+ home internet) and due to that they cant release my line to do a TOBR. They will have un-combine the bills and then release my line. Unfortunately it cant be done immediately. It takes 3-4 billing cycles to un-combine billing and then release the line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel there must be some other easy way out. I want to stay with ATT but ATT customer service reps didnt do much to help. It was rather pathetic the way they treated me when ever I went to their office. No one knew the solution, still kept pushing it on to somebody else.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If theres any other way out please let me know. If not I would rather cancel my account to ATT and go to a different wireless.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Depending on sort criteria at least five of my recorded shows disappear from the list (I assume there is a Max display value somewhere that is too small). Also lost the ability to select multiple shows for delete, it now takes ten minutes to do the same cleanup that used to take seconds.&amp;nbsp; I've tried to give this update the benefit of the doubt, but it really is a loss of usability and functionality.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A driver scratched my mother's car today. The driver clearly did not check his blind spot before changing lanes and was drifting left into our lane. At first, we thought he was simply getting too close but he continue to drive into our lane, evidently brushing the right front side of the car. We honked and had to brake quickly. This happened in Los Angeles, California around 2:50 PM by the 5 North and 110 North freeway change.
