Accidentally sent credit card billpay to AT&T

I accidentally bill payed a lot of money to AT&T and am trying how to get that money back into my account. Has anyone else had that problem, how did you fix it. I googled the problem and apparently is really hard to get AT&T to give you back the money you accidentally sent them :(

Payment arrangement

I have been with att for 4 years, phones never been suspended or anything. I’m currently having bank problems and won’t be resolved till April 14th and my bill was due on March 6. It let me set the payment arrangement to April 14th and sent a confirmation. Will my phones still be cut off?

How to Auto pay wireless and internet on same date?

I have both wireless and internet plans. Currently set up with auto pay for both. However they are set to pay on different dates. I get paid monthly and want to change both auto pay dates to the same. Is it possible to change and/or combine auto payments for both plans?

Stay Away From AT&T!!

I just opened an account with this miserable company. I wanted to port over one number… a number I had for over 20 years that was used for business and personal. They not only incorrectly assigned the number twice they then released the number and I ‘lost’ it. They said there is nothing they can do.
