ATT Uverse receiver Arris VIP 2262 flashing lights

Replacement receiver works normally, but when not used for a while, it displays flashing green & red lights. I assume this means something has gone wrong. But I can't find a troubleshooting guide to tell me what the error is. So, I just push the power button to reboot, and the lights stop flashi

Crappy Service

I want to know why after 5 techs they still cant fix it right. Also goes out every weekend and every time I pay the bill. I know you are getting rid of UVerse so wht the (Edited per community guidelines) do you keep ripping us off with it. ATT should be upgrading all existing customers instead of me

HD CHANNELS KEEP FREEZING

I have 3 DVRs in different rooms. Several HD stations keep freezing and then I flip the channel and flip right back and I get it back but only lasts about 2 seconds before it freezes again and have to flip channels again (freeze-flip-freeze-flip.......) .  I can't be flipping the channel every
