UVERSE signal loss daily early morning about 1am CT...never can get resolution

Consistently my UVERSE TV signal is lost at 0100 to 0200 and then recovers.  I've reported this multiple times and have had all equipment replaced more than once.  I'm almost certain it's due to ATT system maintenance of some sort, but it's quite difficult to get resolution when you can't

Remote with voice activation

I ordered a replacement remote for my elderly aunt and uncle so that they could do voice command, but it appears the remote sent does not have this function. Is this not a feature available on AT&T remotes?

Lost my HBOMAX

I recently lost access to HBOMAX. I am an unlimited plus customer and 3 agents have told me I still have access to hbo, but hbo says differently. 3 agents can’t seem to correct the problem. Is there anyone out there who was able to fix this problem?
