I have had ATT's unlimited elite plan for a while now, with the HBOmax included at no cost. But in november, december and now january, I have a charge for $14.99 for HBOmax showing up on my bank statements (same day as my ATT autopay goes through).

I have damage to my gutter lines from AT&T. Claim has been forwarded to Sedgwick. Numerous emails and no response. Also no return calls. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
