I accidentally deactivated my sim card and went into at and t store and got a new one and now I'm trying to set it up...the rep at the store did mot give my any phone number or any information on howuto ptoceed, guess I should have asked.
When my wife or I try to log in to HBO max it tells us the password that we just changed is incorrect and we have to reset it every time we try to login? Why is this?
HBO max is included in my selected plan, however when I log into HBO max with same login info, or through service provider, it says my HBO Max Subscription has expired through ATT but it hasn’t.
