My AT&T provider login is not working for the new max service even tho i had HBO Max for free (and should be "grandfathered").... Help???

I recently lost access to HBOMAX. I am an unlimited plus customer and 3 agents have told me I still have access to hbo, but hbo says differently. 3 agents can’t seem to correct the problem. Is there anyone out there who was able to fix this problem?

I have already tried trouble shooting suggestions, logging completely out and then back in This had not worked for me.

I am supposed to get HBO Max with my internet 1000 plan but it isn’t accepting my login information. What can I try to get it to work.
