We are looking to clean up our data closet and have a good size junction box with copper phone blocks inside. I know that sometimes these service boxes can feed other businesses and residential. Who do I need to contact about this before tearing it down?
We switched from our copper service to VOIP and installed new Panasonic phones. We can forward when we are in the office but we need to forward that office line when we are away from the office.
