I used to be able to go on my desktop or my iphone & log into Directv.com and use the TV Guide to schedule shows to record. Apparently both those features were taken away. In Directv.com when I click on Guide, it says they are unable to process my request AND I should keep trying! Time to remove

Remove Digital life from purchased home

I just bought a house that is fully wired for Digital life: cameras, thermostats, DLC 200. I don't know the name or account number of the previous owner and that I can't use the equipment without providing that for the transfer. So how do I remove the equipment? Camera records video but no image seen
