How can I unreport someone that I accidentally reported on my gabb phone. and they are not blocked either they just have a little trash can by there icon and its really annoying

my father in law has att and we have Verizon. When we call him he can pick up but we cannot hear him, we know he’s picked up and contact since you no longer hear the ring tone. He can call us and it’s no issue.
This just started happening about 3 days ago on our EL52119 DECT 6.0 cordless phone system. Same thing is happening on all 3 phones. I've tried unplugging the main base, unplugging the phone cord, and deleting all of the Caller ID entries but it's still doing the same thing. Our landline is through
