Caller ID stopped working on my DECT6.0 after about 2 months of using this phone. I hooked up my old phone and it works OK on it.

Help! my father in law has att and we have Verizon. When we call him he can pick up but we cannot hear him, we know he’s picked up and contact since you no longer hear the ring tone.   He can call us and it’s no issue.
