Uverse Voice/ Business applicatio

My company requires me to call a toll free number to access a pre-recorded meeting. In order to do this I have to enter a pass code. This pass code continually comes up as invalid with Uverse voice. When I try my cell phone or a regular land line I can enter the pass code and proceed with my meeting. Why does this procedure not work with Uverse Phone?
