This Uverse has been a nightmare.  I'm already on my second gateway (for which AT&T tried to charge me even though the first one was defective and they acknowledged receiving it back from me) in only four months.  The call quality is much worse than what I had with DSL.  If I could go back to DSL, I'd gladly do it.
