Sounds like bad data coming from TitanTV feeding the EPG, and not "kicking" the DVR's series record correctly. You can do a workaround, by going to the show in the Guide that's not marked as a record, and set a new series by hitting REC 2 times. Then go to the Series tab on your Recordings menu. You'll see two series entries. Select each one and see how many it's picked up as ones that should record ("xx Scheduled to Record"). Your original will probably show zero, whereas the newer one will probably have them listed. Adjust your new series to the settings like your old one. Keep both of them in the list, even though they are the exactly the same, and watch which one episodes start dropping into.
I've had to do this on a couple series. Somehow the data must get corrupted along the way. Eventually, after a week or two, you'll probably be able to get rid of the first/oldest series record off the list, if no new episodes are being added.
