2-4-10, I checked online to confirm my schedule change, and it was still showing as 9 to 11. I called again and got Craig ****, ID *****. He checked with dispatch and the install was indeed set up for the 1 to 3 times.
2-5-10 Installer shows up a little early (which I didn't mind) and adds the 4th TV. Installed the backup battery, got the phone working and called and got my HD working. He did however show that I was on the U300, not the U200 that I had agreed to.
Everything is now installed and working correctly. The next challenge will be when I get my bill.
