I just recieved an email from customer support stating that these charges are legimate, and my long distance service were disconnected becuase I requested them to disconnect. This is getting worse and worse, no help what so ever. I have never requested any changes to my account EXCEPT when I first realized a problem with my bill, and called them and told them I had made no changes, nor did I switch companies. Fraud Fraud Fraud....
