Is it possible to request a "Sam L". He seems to have the kudos for help.

What do you need "Sam L" to do?  What we do is refer subs to Alex, Jamila, or one of the other Community Managers for help when they have hit a wall with CS/TS.  Until I read an earlier post I had never heard of Sam L.

SAM L is one of the guys who help resolve some of ATT customers' issues!  He is very professional, but nice and friendly. He is the one who helped us straighten things out after posting  our complain here (after contacting Alex first of course).  I've read his name in some of the posts here too :smileyhappy: ATT should be very proud to have him working for them!

I suggest sending Alex a PM would be the way to reach Sam L, since that is the what enabled you to be contacted by him in the first place.  But keep in mind it may depend on the region of the country you live in.  I have gotten excellent help with my issues when I contacted Alex andd Sam L never called me.  I was helped by other CSRs.  But one thing is clear, contacting Alex is the way to get issues resolved.  He, and the other Community Managers have the resources to get AT&T subs to the right person/dept to get issues resolved.
