Great news for fans of retro tv. NBCUNIVERSAL is instituting COZI TV with will be shows like The Lone Ranger, Virginian, Lucy, Groucho, etc. Prime time, Six Million Dollars Man, Sanford & Son ,Magnum P.I.and others. COZI TV will be carried on digital sub-channels in markets where NBC owned station exsist, like here in Chicago. Antenna reception is really good in Chicago but COMCAST does carry all MBC sub-channels. No word if U-verse is going to match that programming.

Thank you for posting this information. Dang, don't see how it's relevant to U-verse TV, though. Maybe it would be better if you posted it on the Comcast board instead.

As a Comcast customer, you would think that the OP would post on a Comcast forum as opposed to continuing to post about Comcast on the U-verse forum.

Thank you for the information, Paul416 aka Larry11 aka numerous other names. I am sure your provider, Comcast, is very pleased that you are bringing such vital information to the U-Verse forum. Do you go to other provider forums to provide this valuable information? I hope we are not the only ones whom you favor with your presence.

NBC is owned by Comcast so of course Comcast will have to carry it. I doubt U-verse will do likewise as U-verse is not known to add substations to their lineup. I have a rooftop attenna so maybe I'll get it.
I just checked Media Post's website, it will be carried in the ten major media markets on NBC owned-and-operated stations, so I guess cities like New York, Los Angeles and Chicago will get it. The article states it will launch on New Year's Day.
Another article stated that COZI TV will be no different from Antenna TV and MeTV.
