Is that good? Just spent almost an hour on the phone. Sales said they showed I was on the 0/4 so there was nothing they could do and transferred me to Tech Sup. It was all downhill from there. The TS Rep had me reboot several times; sent messages to all boxes; said something about the HPNA light not being on; then when she couldn't figure it out she asked me how many HD TVs I had. When I told her 3, her exact words were "Well then what's the problem sir? You can't watch 4 HD shows anyway." Needless to say, the line accidentally dropped a couple mins later and my problem still isn't fixed.
