PRINTING Channel Lineup

I want to print the U-verse channel lineup, showing which package level includes which channels.

When I bring up the list of channels, there are big green check marks in the columns for the packages that include it.

When I choose the "Printer Friendly Version" option there are big green check marks there too.

BUT, when I PRINT from the "Printer Friendly Version" the area where the check marks is supposed to be is BLANK.  No green check marks, no nothing.

I have tried it using Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers.  Printing the "Printer Friendly Version" never shows me the channel-by-package information THAT IS THE WHOLE REASON I WANT TO PRINT IT.

So my question is how can I print the U-verse channel lineup, showing which package level includes which channels.

Thanks!

Try this one: https://uma.att.com/general/201-AMSS-X-DMA2-POPUP.html

Just plug in your zip code, then let it come w/all packages listed, click on channel to line them up numerically, then click printer friendly version, finally print this page on the pop-up window.

Chris, that worked great!  The ability to sort it before making the printable version was especially handy.  Thanks!

Re: PRINTING Channel Lineup
is there a list with icon or something meaningful that represent the channels? I just got u300 a month ago, and I have no idea what 90% of these channels are.

The only hard guide I have seen is the U-guide.  It is delivered every 3 months, but not everyone gets it.  You can go to the web remote and use it.  Click on the link and use your login info to access it.

tlee111 - The best source of info on any channel identity (or anything else, for that matter) is Google.

Re: PRINTING Channel Lineup

Thank you sooooo much.  I searched the website FOREVER with no luck.  I called AT&T and the was on the phone for 30 minutes with the rep trying to find it.  All he found was the numerical channel listing which I had already found and which is of no use if I need to see what channel "Encore" is on.  Finally, good ol' Google and up came your support.  Again, THANKS!!!

Re: PRINTING Channel Lineup
If I am wondering what U-verse channel number a channel may be on, I go to this link -

https://uma.att.com/uma/RetrieveChannelLineup?ZIP=06410&APPID=UMA&actionType=&FORMAT=POPUP&FirstTime...

Enter my zip code.

Click on channel name in the header (to sort).

scroll to channel name I am looking for.
