What key words can you use to explain away this part:

"I can definitely tell that they won't be hitting the 100 Mark for HD Channels by the end of "THIS" year. Maybe next year. "

That doesn't sound like speculating to me. It sounds like a statement of fact.

Or is it just moaning?
