non-working remote

I can't access the guide via the remote. I press it, but nothing happens. I can change channels one by one, and the volume works; but the 'guide' doesn't.

Re: non-working remote

Some times when your batteries are getting low in your remote, some of the buttons stop working, but not all the buttons.  This happened to me.  I changed the batteries and all was fine.  Give it a shot.....

Re: non-working remote

Are you sure the AT&T button is pushed on the top left of the remote? Sometimes it accidentally gets changed and it has to be the last button pushed in order to see/use the guide.

Thanks, I will! (I'll let you know what happens when I get out to buy the batteries...)
