Normally we don't see such things until it is placed in the Announcements section and a new feature has been rolled out already to most.
The official launch per the leaked screens on engadget show a date of 11/07/10. I think this was a good move on their part BUT I think they mishandled the media on this one. There are too many sites reporting incorrect information such as costs and requirements.

That would be the one I mentioned when I posted it..
Like I said over on uverseusers (as a reply to PremtechSupreme), I wouldn't really trust the info from that memo, a lot of it differs to what at&t is advertising, and some of the terminology is incorrect, I got a reply from a Prem Tech on that site saying that most "Uconnects" (the name of those internal memos) are usually full of incorrect information
