I changed my password on the Webmail site for bellsouth.net.  My email program (Thunderbird) now says my password is rejected when it tries to download my email.  I tried entering the password I use for webmail, but it is rejected too.  Are the two passwords the same?  If not, how can I retrieve the password the mail server expects?

ATT has stopped supporting email clients and encourages webmail.  Try posting the password question in the ConnecTech forum at the top of the page. :smileywink:
