That's kind of what I thought too.

My FEC rate seems to bounce a bit. Sometimes 0 and others in the 20s to 40s.

My connection does seem to be more stable but data rates still go up and down. Interestingly enough, my upload speeds don't seem to be as steady as before. They are mostly within 20% of 1.5Mbps but sometimes down in the .90 range.

The errors seem to have gone down too.
