UV Realtime - Too much red

Had my gateway replaced because of signal dropouts and freezing.  The situation's (a bit) better but the subsequent realtime results are worse, see attached.  What exactly should I ask the tech or CSR to check for?  Thanks.

Are you still experiencing freezing?

Yes, but less often.  The gateway lost all connectivity for a minute yesterday.  "Broadband" light blinked for a minute then went solid green again.

Since you are still having issues, send a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum.

Weird stuff, I rebooted a Google TV device near the DVR and the problems ended.  Still a lot of errors in UVRealtime but performance is acceptable now.  Thanks for everyone's help.
