New U-verse customer, internet seems choppy/slow/not loading images.
[ Edited ]

Hi, everyone. I've been a pretty longtime ATT customer and yesterday traded my ATT DSL for a Uverse bundle. I'm sorry to say the quality of service I receive has taken a nosedive. Pages seem to randomly freeze, fail to load, or load slowly. I often load a page to see no images, or the top 20% of every image. My download speed seems faster, but browsing this service is a HUGE step down from my old DSL. As ATT has told me I can't get the old service back (Why?) I'm stuck with trying to fix this mess or go some place else. Can someone please help me out? I'm on an MSI laptop, Windows 7, Ethernet to the router. I read up on UV Realtime, and here's those images -  (Edit: Fixed, images in third post.)

I don't see screenshots using those links.  You can insert your screenshots directly into a message on this forum by using the icon that looks like a tree.

Yeah, I couldn't find it at first, what with the whole 'not loading the whole page' thing. Lucky I can tether my phone up and work at it this way!

Your stats look to me like you are too far from the VRAD to have been set up on a standard 2Wire 3800HGV-B. The upload rate is only 1.3 Mbps, which is too low. It has also forced the upstream line provisioning to an odd value for single-line installations (5:4 FEC ratio).

You need to call technical support, and have them come out and do one of two things:

1. They can switch you to a 3801HGV router (the smaller, black 2Wire RG). This may increase the upload rate enough to help, but probably not.

2. The need to switch you to a pair-bonded installation using an i3812V router (the iNID).
