Not that I would ever defend Mikro, but he actually started a new thread with the title "AT&T TOS 2011 including Usage Limitations". His message was moved to this thread because there was already an existing thread on the topic that he was discussing.

If indeed the mods can move a similar thread with a different title right into another thread, and there was no sign it was moved there, that's a problem. Especially if the thread moved keeps that title. And I could not figure why on the posts that were edited it went back to the original thread title. The thread title kept jumping back and forth on the last couple pages.
Guess I learned what you see is not always what you get.
