As I was unaware that mistakes weren't permitted in your thread, I'll refrain from posting further.
Okay, that's taking it to a little of an extreme. I worked tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for the web hosting industry for 2 years and this was a problem that even our own techs couldn't overcome. As I said though, while your suggestion may be helpful to others, it wasn't in my particular situation.
