Transfer ringtones to new phone??

OK AT&T not fair. I recently upgraded my phone and now I have to repurchase all of my ringtones. Not right, customers should be able to transfer their ringtones to new devices.

Something should be done. The customer is getting ripped off

Try calling CC at 1-800-331-0500. They may be able to credit you for some of them.

Thanks, but I found that my phone doesn't accept new ringtones except for what is already there. so much for transfering my ring tones.
