Just bought a new Pantech III. Salesman at AT&T awful. Knew nothing about the phone, so now I'm trying to figure out how to assign custom ringtones. The manual is almost useless and so is the online tutorial. I downloaded a ringtone, and paid for it, from the AT&T apps. Showed it downloaded, but it is nowhere on the phone. Not in downloads, not in music, not in settings. How frustrating. Finally went back online and asked for a retund of my $2.49. If this phone doesn't allow this feature, I'm returning it. No reason for such a new phone to not have the technology to do this and make it simple.
