Don't bother.... I've been at it for a year with them.  I just bit the bullet, paid a fee for cancelling my contract and went to Verizon.  No data in downtown Chicago - and they couldn't do anything to help me.  I've been a customer since '98.  Shameful.

Well, I had a pretty decent run there for a couple months where I was getting decent service in Chicago.  Since about a week ago it's worse than it ever has been before.  My phone has become an expensive paper weight.  It's very frustrating that no matter where I am my phone shows full bars and a 3g connection yet I can't even check an email and my calls drop after about 30 sec - 1 min.  Anyone else having this issue in Chicago?

anyone else downtown having issues with LTE speeds?  LTE is pretty much un-usable on my iphone 5.  took almost 2 minutes to load up google.com here downtown........

most of the times I run the speedtest app I get zero results.  It won't ping and it won't download/upload.

yet if i swtich off LTE and go to the "4G" it's MUCH faster...(although still slow overall)

Yes.  I'm at Jackson and the river (and iphone 5).  LTE is usable early in the morning then is dead until later afteroon (corresponding with people leaving the Loop).  Same thing with "4G" mode.  Now that everyone is back from vacation the speeds are ridiculous.

Having all of the problems listed in this thread.  Working 8-5 in the AON Center.  Phone shows a full signal and LTE.

Cannot place call at all. 4G is fine.
