Question RE: LTE and voice in Wisconsin

Hi guys, So sounds of good LTE growth in Wisconsin are in the rumor mill and thats great. My question is going back to basics...
If AT&T expands LTE in Wisconsin, will that in turn increase our voice coverage?
I mean, does one necessarily go with the other?
LTE would be great but I would much rather see AT&T give us a stronger signal and better coverage. The coverage map of Wisconsin right now has more holes than swiss cheese, THAT is the reason I would leave AT&T this fall, which again, I DON'T WANT TO. Thanks for any help.

Late now sucks any wear west of the freeway in southeast Wisconsin is non existent. With my late phone just west of freeway I get download speeds of 0.6 mbps. My Verizon lte phone from work gets 45mbps in the same spot. I travel a lot an can tell u even in att late network 19mbps is bout the best you'll get with vzw phone I've seen 70mbps. I don't get reception at our vacation home up north and I'm moving there permanant in the next few month so I'll be trying to get out of contract

In the long run, once LTE is widely deployed, voice coverage will improve because AT&T plans to launch VoLTE (voice over LTE) which is essentially voice of data since LTE is only a data network. We'll probably see that in 1-3 years
