Appreciate your help but we are now going on day 8 of no service / "Emergency Only".
I wish I had a dollar for every customer service / tech person I have talked with over the last 7-days!! Yes, a tower is down in my area and no one can give me any idea of just how long this problem will exist. Should I deduct from my montly bill every day it takes to restore service?
The only things that have changed in the last 7-days is 1 - my patience level, 2 - gathered info from Sprint, Verizon & T-mobile and 3 - my phone works in a small square section near my garage...a small miracle!!
It does appear that I am not letting AT&T go but rather AT&T is letting me go.
