Definitely a controversial move on AT&T's end. Fortunately the FCC is going to step in and investigate this issue.

It is data we *paid* for, so I should be able to use it for facetime as it's just data. Whether we will hit the cap easily or not is my own issue. If I decided my data plan is not enough I will move up to the next tier. Mobile Share has proven to be extremely expensive for my family of 5 lines esp with some basic dumbphones.
