Can't remove opt-out

I'm trying to remove the text message opt-out on my line and go back to $0.20 a message but it gives me a f902 error saying "Due to a feature conflict on your account, we are unable to add the feature(s) you've requested. The changes can only be done by someone who has direct access to the billing system." Please help.

unfortunately this indicates a call to customer care or a trip to a corporate AT&T store to have this resolved for you.

AT&T's return policy has changed effective 10/07/12.  You have 14 days to return the device & cxl without a ETF.  Policy info HERE.
