So you were able to keep you txt plan. It sounds like I may have to fight with customer retention or try Wal-Mart / Best Buy. Sadly I've had better luck with getting upgrades from them instead of the AT&T store. I too still have a $50 550 minute plan from.... I think when Cingular became AT&T. I've been a customer for over a decade so well see.
