I have 2wire modem/router working fine. I have one computer connected through ethernet.  I have lynksis wrt310N router/switch/access point connected in LAN port in a different room.   I cannot get internet connection while connected wirelessly.  routing funtionaliy has been diable.   

1. does my internet connection needs to be set up as PPPoE? or
2. can it bee DHCP? or
3. Static IP?

2 wire router's IP is 192.168.1.254

                         submask 255.255.255.0

    DHCP ranges 192.168.1.64 to 

                           192.168.1.253

WRT310 IP is 192.168.1.1

If I need to change the IP's can anyone tell me what my IP should be changed to?
