Rural broadband service improvemen t suggestion

Have you considered using DSL repeaters / extenders to increase the distance that your broadband service can reach? Rural focused service providers like Frontier, Fairpoint and others are using this technology to effectively create infinite reach ADSL. The cost per subscriber is very low, under $300 including installation costs. Anyway, I'm willing to be a friendly trial customer and I'll pay the install costs. How can we try this?

I have family that live in rural areas and their only option has been unreliable satelite service. If there was some sort of low cost signal booster my family would be able to communicate. Why hasnt this been an option for AT&T before?

Do you think your ADSL speed should be faster? Are you too far from the telephone office and can't get broadband? We can fix that. Give me your Kudo's.. Leave a comment and tell AT&T about how much better your life would be if they would just improve your speed a little.
