Re: web mail works, Outlook fails, password good

I had same problem yesterday with one of my customers.  Could get into Webmail after having password reset with ATT, but Outlook refused (constant asking for username/password).  I fixed it by going into Webmail, reverting back to "Classic" e-mail version.  Logged out.  Opened Outlook, getting mail!  Hope this is an fix option for the rest of you!
